Some people move because they want to. Others move because of circumstances. My role is to learn what you need and then help you achieve it. I’ll provide professional contacts, reliable info, good communication, honest advice, aggressive negotiation, plus a knack for solving the complex problems that can crop up. I’ll always be your corner. And we’ll take things at your pace.
My professional designations will help me protect your interests. CRS is the “Ph.D” of Real Estate. ABR recognizes excellence in Buyer representation. GRI represents advanced Realtor® education. SFR and RDCPro certify me in short sales and foreclosures. These are the industry’s most respected residential designations.

The CRS and ABR networks of which I am a member are a tremendous resource for incoming and outgoing referrals. This extra domestic and international exposure is a huge benefit to my Sellers and Buyers. So is the vast Re/Max global network.
Before Real Estate, I graduated from Hofstra University with a B.A. in Psychology. First job was working with the schools, courts and child care agencies in NY as a counselor & advocate for youths and their families. Then I was a retail salesman in a specialty store on Madison Avenue. Next was selling to manufacturers in NY, NJ and PA, traveling the big cities and rural factory towns. This led to a prominent apparel manufacturer where I navigated the corporate ladder. As Divisional VP, I managed all sales and marketing activity, including strategy & key account selling to Saks, Bloomingdale’s, Nordstrom and Brooks Brothers.
In 1989 my wife Kamal and I purchased a Fantastic Sam’s franchise and relocated our family to Winter Springs to become entrepreneurs. We negotiated our lease, oversaw build-out, hired staff, handled customer service & marketing, swept the floor, and built a successful business from the ground up. We sold it when I became a Realtor®.
More than 25 years later, Kamal and I are solidly networked in the greater Orlando area. Our fabulous daughters each graduated from the highly regarded Seminole County schools & went on to Florida universities.
In between, I’ve been a real estate investor, assisted physically handicapped college students, served as Krewe of Leaders Ambassador to the City of Winter Springs, and coached baseball, hockey & boxing.
As a side note, I’ve traveled to Europe, Asia, the Middle East, North and South America, India, the Caribbean, the West Indies and most US states. So there’s a good chance I’ve been to where you are from!
