With a natural talent for service and business, Frederick Brister is taking the Central Florida real estate market by storm. He got his start in the finance industry back in 2011, working as a bank teller. Being introduced to real estate by the way of offering products loans to clients, the desire to become more resourceful in that field of real estate grew stronger. Today, he’s helping both buyers and sellers with their real estate needs.
Frederick’s customer service, top-notch negotiation skills and dedication to excellence is what sets him apart from his peers. In his earlier years of working in customer service industry he’s even received Crew Person of the Year and Cashier All-American award with McDonald’s. The commitment to service, the communication, that’s what stands out,” he says when asked what separates him from others. He understands how important this transaction is in the lives of his clients, and he takes it very seriously. Frederick guides them throughout the process, helping them every step of the way. “My communication is stellar. That’s what people want, they want to know what’s going on at each step,” he explains. “I actually build a relationship through my communication. You hire an agent like myself so that when you’re in a transaction, you can sleep at night and not be stressed.” His clients trust that he is keeping them up to date, and is making their wants and needs a top priority.
Outside of work, Frederick is involved in various programs and volunteer projects that benefit the community, and especially the local children. He is a big supporter of small business and partners with local business owners to give back to the community that has given him so much. When he’s not working or giving back his time, he likes to read, workout, travel with his family and make lasting memories with his loved ones.
“I’m always interested in finding innovative ways to keep up with the market and what the buyers and sellers are looking for. My main goal for the future is to provide my clients with a stress-free transaction and help them reach their real estate goals,” Frederick said. He also has a word of advice for agents who are just starting out: “Success isn’t about how much money you make; it’s about the difference you make in people’s lives.”
