Kendra Haywood is a licensed agent of Optima Real Estate. A graduate from University of Central Florida with a BS in Health Care administration in 1992. Kendra received her real estate license in 3/2015 and went on to get her GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) along with ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative), Short sale certified, and Certified Negotiations Specialist.
Her first year in real estate she closed 2mil in just 9 months and years 2017-present she has been in top 500 in Orlando among nearly 20k Realtors®
In 2019 Kristin McLaughlin joined Kendra to better serve buyers and sellers. The two together have become a power team called the Haywood Team constantly reaching goals and creating new ones.
Having lived in central Florida for over 24 years, she is very familiar with Oviedo and many of its sister cities. Kendra stays involved in local activities, enjoys helping make one of your biggest investments a smooth transaction whether its selling or buying. One of favorite accomplishments in real estate is finding the perfect location, features of a home and floor plan that meets the desires of a buyers heart. She is also affiliated with the Orlando Regional Realtor® Association (ORRA), and Florida Association of Realtors®, National Association of Realtors®, Oviedo-Winter Springs Chamber of Commerce, and Winter Park Chamber of Commerce.
