Hi, thanks for stopping by! My name is Traci and I’m super excited to help you with your real estate needs. I know buying a new home or finding that perfect investment property can be a daunting task. But I’m here to help ensure that the process is focused on your needs, is managed efficiently, and is as stress-free for you as we can possibly make it.
My top priorities are: 1) to deliver you value by ensuring you have the best and most complete information out there, and 2) to find solutions to any situation we may encounter. Whether you’re located locally or out of the area, I provide my clients the same promise of superior service, information, and speed of business. And I’m constantly learning about new techniques and new tech coming down the real estate pipeline – meaning more benefits for my clients.
I live in Oviedo and work throughout the Orlando metropolitan region helping my clients identify their ideal property. Because, I know your time is valuable, I ask a lot of questions and spend time upfront learning about your needs and parameters.
I grew up in the Carolinas and relocated to Central Florida after working for the U.S. government in embassies overseas for over 15 years. I have a grown son who went to international schools in all the countries we lived in (so I do understand the pains of moving with kids). My interest in real estate started many years ago with the help of my father, a general contractor, who helped me take on distressed properties. Once back in the U.S., I started my own company (Project Abundance Inc.) focused on researching market trends for high-tech businesses, but I wound up circling back into my love of real estate. What better way to combine a career of service, international experience, and research skills, than to help others successfully identify, negotiate, and achieve their real estate objectives!?!
When I’m not helping my real estate clients, I enjoy: reading non-fiction (especially about entrepreneurs and market disruption) as well as historical novels; Renaissance-period art and furnishings; antiquing; being in nature; and exploring the castles of the world. I also volunteer as a mentor with the Camaraderie Foundation, an organization helping veterans transition their skills for civilian life. I hold a master’s degree in International Development from the American University in DC, and a bachelor’s degree from Florida International University (yes, I lived in south Florida for six years). My friends and family say I’m also a bit of a health nut, but I say I’m just committed to things that keep my energy levels high and my mind sharp…how else will I keep up with my clients?!
Se habla español. Biraz türkce konuşabiliyorum. I love working with people from all countries!
