Randy Perry

Out of college I began my professional sales career here in Winter Park in the computer industry and over the years progressed through sales and marketing management, and even created and sold a company offering cloud–based website services to the municipal government industry.

While my career has taken me all over the country I am glad to be back in Central Florida where I can utilize my sales and marketing, technology, contract negotiation and consultative skills in a more local environment to help both buyers and sellers better navigate the complex world of real estate.

For the typical family the purchase or sale of their primary residence is the largest and most complicated transaction they will ever experience.
